CASi Labs is an independent European lab for collaborative intelligence — the reasoning capacity that emerges when human judgment, structural analysis, and expert AI agents work a problem together.

We build that capacity around the situation you bring: a structural model of the situation, a team of expert AI agents bounded to the parts they actually know, and a room where you and the team work it through. For policy, crisis, strategy — and anywhere a decision has to be more than a best guess.

The problem we address

Making a high-stakes decision inevitably collapses a complex situation into a single answer. The opaque situational structure, the dynamics it hides, and the missing expertise it requires often leave that answer little more than a best guess.
